رسالة "حامد" لمنظمي منتدى دافوس حول وفد حكومة الانقلاب

حيث يفتح دافوس أبوابه لكبار رجال الأعمال و السياسيين في العالم لمناقشة أفضل السبل للتعامل مع المخاوف الاقتصادية العالمية ، لا تزال الشعوب في العالم العربي ، وخاصة مصر وسوريا ، تعاني من الحكم الاستبدادي الذي يتسبب فى شلل النمو الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي. وحيث تناضل مصر مع تداعيات الانقلاب العسكري الدموي الذي أودى بحياة الآلاف من المصريين ، بما في ذلك النساء والأطفال ، وطلاب الجامعات ، فيتعين على زعماء العالم أن يكون على بينة من أهمية الديمقراطية للاستقرار الاقتصادي. فالانقلاب العسكري القائم منذ 3 يوليو أدى إلى الاطاحة بأول رئيس منتخب ديمقراطيا لمصرعلى الإطلاق ، وقامو بالاعتقال التعسفي لآلاف من النشطاء السياسيين ، بمن فيهم المسؤولون المنتخبون من جميع الأحزاب السياسية الرئيسية . وأغلقت وسائل الإعلام المستقلة التي عارضت الحكم العسكري، و تم اعتقال الصحفيين والاعتداء عليهم ، والقضاء على حريات التعبير والتظاهر والغاء تكوين الجمعيات . وتواصل الحكومة المعينة عسكريا فى اتخاذ اجراءات صارمة ضد جميع النقاد من مختلف ألوان الطيف السياسي دون تمييز. حيث أصبح نشطاء التوجه العلماني أوالديني على حد سواء وراء القضبان لسبب وحيد وهو التعبير عن آرائهم. وبالتالي فإننا نشعر بالصدمة و الفزع مما تقوم به مؤسسة دافوس لهذا العام من توفير منصة لمرتكبي هذه الجرائم للحديث عن الآفاق الاقتصادية في مصر. فالسيد الببلاوى ، أحد المتحدثين في المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي لهذا العام، هو رئيس وزراء حكومة معينة من قبل القادة العسكريين الذين قامو بالإطاحة قسرا برئيس منتخب من السلطة و قتل و اعتقل الآلاف من المتظاهرين ظلما بتهمة منافية للعقل ، ثم وصف خصومهم بـ" الإرهابيين " و " العملاء للأجانب " . السيد الببلاوى هو رئيس الوزراء المسؤول عن ما وصفته هيومن رايتس ووتش بأنها أسوأ جريمة قتل جماعي في تاريخ مصر الحديث ، و رئيس الوزراء الذي ينتهك سيادة القانون من خلال إعلان خصومه السياسيين بأنهم إرهابيون بعد ان قال للشعب المصري أنه لا يوجد جهة تنفيذية لها السلطة القانونية للقيام بذلك ، و رئيس الوزراء الذي اعتقلت حكومتة النشطاء السلميين اصحاب حملة التصويت بـ'لا' أو المحتجين على العملية المؤدية إلى الاستفتاء على الدستور المزور تحت رعاية المؤسسة العسكرية . وجوده في منتداكم يجلب العار للمنتدى و يمكن تسليط أي ضوء على أي من الحقائق الاقتصادية أو السياسية في مصر : الحكومة المعينة من قبل القادة العسكريين لا يمكنها أن تجلب لا الديمقراطية ولا الانتعاش الاقتصادي. النظام الحالي في مصر يجر البلاد إلى الهاوية، اقتصاديا وسياسيا . الاستقرار الاقتصادي لا يمكن تنفيذه أو اقراره في غياب الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان الأساسية للجميع. وكما أشرت فخامتكم في الجلسة الافتتاحية للمنتدى يوم الثلاثاء ، أنه ينبغي أن تكون القيم الإنسانية ضمن المناقشات في المنتدى. " القيم مهمة لأننا نريد أن نرقى إلى التزام المنتدى الاقتصادي العالمي بتحسين حالة العالم ". استضافة مايسمى السيد الببلاوى في مواجهة القيم الإنسانية العالمية سارية المفعول هو تأييد لكل ما قد حدث من خطأ مؤخرا من انقلاب فى مصر. مع خالص التقدير، يحيى حامد، وزير الاستثمار في الحكومة المنتخبة ديمقراطيا في مصر، والتي أطيح بها قسرا و بصورة غير شرعية، بواسطة الانقلاب العسكري فى 3 يوليو.

صورة من الخطاب الذي أرسلته لرئيس منتدى دافوس الاقتصادي Letter to WEF founder Mr Klaus Schwab Re: Egyptian interim government's delegation in Davos 2014 As Davos opens its doors to the world’s business and political leaders to discuss how best to handle global economic concerns, people in the Arab world, particularly Egypt and Syria, continue to suffer from authoritarian rule that cripples their economic and social growth. As Egypt struggles with the repercussions of a bloody military coup that claimed the lives of thousands of Egyptians, including women, children, and university students, world leaders should be aware of the importance of democracy for economic stability. The military coup of July 3 led to the ouster of Egypt’s first ever democratically elected president, the arbitrary arrest of thousands of political activists, including elected officials from all major political parties. Independent media that opposed military rule have been shut down, journalists arrested and harassed, and freedoms of expression, assembly and association abrogated. The military-installed government continues to crack down indiscriminately against all critics from across the political spectrum. Secular and religious activists alike are behind bars for the sole reason of expressing their opinions. We are therefore shocked and dismayed that this year's Davos assembly is providing a platform for the perpetrators of these crimes to speak about Egypt's economic prospects. Mr. Beblawy, a speaker in this year's WEF, is the prime minister of a government installed by military leaders who forcibly removed an elected president from power and killed and unjustly arrested thousands of protesters on preposterous charges, then labelled their opponents “terrorists” and “foreign agents”. Mr. Beblawy is the prime minister responsible for what Human Rights Watch described as the worst case of mass killing in Egypt's modern history; the prime minister who has flouted the rule of law by declaring his political opponents as terrorists after telling the Egyptian people that no executive had legal authority to do that; and the prime minister whose government arrested peaceful activists for campaigning for a ‘no’ vote or protesting the process leading to the sham referendum on the military-sponsored constitution. His presence at your forum brings disgrace to the forum and can shed no light on either economic or political realities in Egypt: a government appointed by military leaders can bring neither democracy nor economic recovery. The current regime in Egypt is dragging the country into the abyss, both economically and politically. Economic stability is not feasible or sustainable in the absence of democracy and basic human rights for all. As your Excellency rightfully mentioned in the forum’s opening session on Tuesday, human values should be the center of discussions in the forum. “Values are important because we want to live up to the World Economic Forum’s commitment to improving the state of the world.” Hosting Mr Beblawy flies in the face of universal human values and is in effect an endorsement of everything that has gone wrong in post-coup Egypt.
